The moment you start working as an HR Officer at ExRobotics, you will work in an international organisation. ExRobotics is the market leader in robotics solutions in hazardous areas. Our robots are EX certified (ATEX and IECEx Zone 1) so that they can carry out inspections at remote locations around the world. The ExR-1 and ExR-2 are unique in their kind, which ensures that you will work with an innovative team of engineers, mechanics and back office.

What are you going to do?

As our HR Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our growing organisation. You'll own the day-to-day HR operations while helping us further professionalise our HR processes as we continue to grow. With direct access to the managing board and a culture of open communication, you'll have the opportunity to improve the way we work and see the impact of your ideas. Our primary office tools are Microsoft Office and AFAS. It is a hybrid job, working from home on a scheduled basis is possible.  

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, from vacancy publication to contract preparation.  
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.  
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.  

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate personnel records in AFAS.  
  • Prepare employment contracts and process personnel changes.  
  • Manage employee documentation and continuously improve the employee handbook.  
  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related administrative matters.  

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Coordinate absenteeism case management in line with Dutch legislation.  
  • Monitor leave administration and support managers on HR matters.  
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and the applicable CAO.  
  • Keep management informed of legislative and CAO developments.  

HR Development

  • Maintain and improve job descriptions and the organizational structure.  
  • Support performance and development conversations.  
  • Advise management on workforce planning and employee development.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes.

what do we have to offer?

  • A salary between € 3.000,- and € 3.500,-  gross per month (based on 40 hours a week), depending on your experience
  • A contract for an indefinite period from day one with a trial period of two months
  • 30 holidays per year (based on 40 hours a week)

what do you bring to the table?

We're looking for someone who:

  • has an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • has three to five years of experience in an all-round HR position
  • has solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and the applicable CAO
  • has experience working with AFAS Profit
  • communicates fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
  • enjoys working independently in a growing organisation  

It is a plus if you:

  • have experience building or improving HR processes
  • have worked in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • enjoy working in an international company
