What are you going to do?

At ExRobotics, we design and build explosion-proof autonomous robots that make hazardous environments safer. As our production scales, a strong and reliable supply chain becomes critical. That’s why we’re looking for a Supply Chain Operative to strengthen our Operations team and ensure our robots are built with the right parts, at the right time.

As Supply Chain Operative, you are the link between suppliers, inventory, and our assembly floor. You make sure components arrive on time, are stored correctly, and are fully traceable. Your precise work ensures availability of all materials, so our engineers and assembly team can focus on building world-class robots.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Assembly, Quality and Engineering in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage inbound and outbound material flows for robot assembly
  • Coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage of parts and components
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure material availability for production
  • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and shortages
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability for EX-certified components
  • Collaborate with assembly, quality, and engineering on planning and priorities

Salary: €2,700 – €3,600 gross per month (40 hours/week), based on experience
Contract:
Permanent from day one, with a two-month trial period

what do you bring to the table?

Education: Minimum MBO level 4 in Supply Chain or Production Technology
Experience: At least 2 years of hand-on, relevant work experience
Skills: Working within quality-controlled environments, problem solving, and teamwork. Experience with AFAS is a plus.
Languages: Excellent reading and writing skills in Dutch and English
Location: You live within 50 km of Delft
Mindset: You are eager to learn and thrive in an innovative environment
Work Authorization: You must already have a permanent work permit for the Netherlands. We are not able to sponsor visas.
